Frequently Asked
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Passenger Radio is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You’ll receive an official tax receipt by email immediately after donating. Annual summaries are sent each February.
When will I receive my member gift?
We ship member gifts within 3–4 weeks of your first donation. You’ll get tracking info by email. Designs are limited — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You can manage your membership through the link in your donation confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Do you offer size exchanges?
To keep fulfillment simple we can’t accommodate exchanges, so please select your size carefully. If something arrives damaged, email us and we’ll make it right.
Can I donate by check?
Yes. Make checks payable to Passenger Radio and mail to: 3901 Christopher St Suite D, Hamtramck/Detroit, MI 48211. Allow 2–3 weeks for processing and acknowledgment.
How does the tax receipt work for member gifts?
Your receipt will show the fair market value of your gift item and the remaining portion is your tax-deductible contribution. One-time donations without a gift are fully deductible.
