Salman (Sal) Ali is a photographer, musician and a firm believer that our reality is nothing more than how we perceive it to be. Parallel Signals explores the space between memory, consciousness, and atmosphere through ambient electronics, kosmische, minimal wave, Library music, and cinematic soundscapes from the 1970s to today. Inspired by the dreamlike futurism and spiritual curiosity of the late analog era, the program blends reflective synth textures, obscure and familiar ,musical discoveries from across the world. Moving between parallel moods and imagined landscapes, Parallel Signals drifts through glowing horizons, distant frequencies, and meditative states of motion — a calm transmission designed for reflection, wonder, and quiet escape beyond the noise of everyday life. @walk_about_detroit
